- Validity of more than 6 months. / Signed Passport.
- Broken lamination of the Picture Portion will not be accepted. / Must have at least 2 blank pages left in the passport.
2.VISA APPLICATION FORM
3.PHOTO (1copy of 4.5cm x 4.5cm with white background.)
4.Daily Schedule in Japan (Prepared by the applicant or the taravel agency.)
5.EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (If self employed submit copy of DTI or SEC issued Certificate of Business Name Registration.)
6.PHOTO COPY OF SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (Photo Copy of SSS)
7.TRAVEL ORDER / DISPATCH LETTER from the company in the philippines.
(In case of japanese counterpart invite the applicant.)
1. INVITATION LETTER (Must be with signature)
(Letter must be more than 200 Jap. characters) Explain clearly reason for visit.
2.BUSINESS REGISTRATION(toki tohon), AND COMPANY PROFILE/
EXPLANATION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
- Employment Certificate is required if an individual is inviting the applicant.
- If not registered as a Corporation, company profile is required.
3.Documents that clarify the applicant's activities in japan,such as
conference agenda/brochure/catalogue of products,outline of meeting etc
In case of training,plan of training such as the purpose,method,place of training,the person in charge,details of training program,language used etc.
5.Guarantee Letter. (If the guarantor will shoulder all expenses.)

- As a general rule Original Documents will not be returned. If there are original documents that are difficult to replace please enclose a copy so we may return the originals when the Visa is granted.
